We are currently looking for a Engineer - SeaQ Control to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and contribute to exciting projects across the VARD value chain.
The position will be responsible for the technical and administrative implementation of maritime control systems, including IAS, HVAC control, energy monitoring and remote operation solutions. Working with, among other things, documentation, engineering, software configuration, follow-up of production and commissioning, and implementation of necessary tests (IAT and FAT).

Duties and responsibilities
- Engineering
- Software configuration
- Technical implementation
- Assistance toward service and retrofit projects
- Perform internal testing (IAT) and factory testing (FAT)
- Project planning and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or technical college in Automation or Computer Science. Relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education. Experience from
- PLC/HMI programming or object-based programming
- Preferably with project and product experience
- Preferably with experience from maritime control systems
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
