Seasonal logistic, kitchen and sales potato person needed!

Wandering Owl is hiring a seasonal person for a potato type role going between simple logistics (packing tour gear), kitchen (washing, prepping food) and customer service (calling clients and selling tours). The person must be an absolute all-rounder with full availability.

The person needs to be comfortable switching between these roles on a daily or weekly basis, as needed by the company.

A native english speaker or someone with C2 english is a must. Do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.

Someone comfortable working outside in winter conditions.

Comfortable working through Christmas, on weekends and evenings as needed by the company (and following all local regulations).

Comfortable with a busy and jam packed day that can be altered last minute.

Tour prep aspects of this role include:

• Packing/unpacking suits, boots and other equipment in and out of vehicles and storage
• Washing equipment
• Repairing equipment
• Chopping fire wood
• Shovelling snow for our entrances and large car park and using our small snow removal machine.
• Cleaning vehicles
• doing stocktakes

Food prep aspects of this role include:

• Preparing simple food and drinks for tours
• Washing food equipment after tours
• doing stocktakes

Customer service

• Answering our guest calls, emails and messages in a friendly manner and upselling tours where possible
• Seizing all sales opportunities that arise
• Processing bookings through our booking software (rezdy) and ensuring no important details are missed

The person needs to be comfortable switching between these roles on a daily or weekly basis, as needed by the company.

A native english speaker or someone with C2 english is a must.
