Gressholmen Kro, a charming seaside restaurant located on the beautiful island of Gressholmen just outside Oslo, is looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team! This is a full-time position, starting ASAP, until August 31st.. As part of our kitchen team, you will help create memorable dining experiences in a unique coastal setting. 🌊🍴

🔍 What We Look For

• Passion for quality food and fresh seasonal ingredients

• Experience working in a professional kitchen

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Fluent in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus

• Positive attitude and willingness to work evenings and weekends

🎯 Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard

• Ensure efficient daily mise en place and service preparation

• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation

• Follow hygiene and food safety regulations

• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized

• Work closely with colleagues to create excellent guest experiences
