Each year more than 300 000 people from all over the world visit us at Scandic Destination Nordkapp and we're looking for team members to help them gather the best possible memories at the North Cape!
This winter– come and explore the Arctic! Go to where the world ends and grow through new challenges. Gather new memories and stories that will stay with you long after the season ends and share your personality and culture with our team here at Scandic Destination Nordkapp.
Your job is to help our visitors experience life above the Arctic Circle. Whether that is by helping them find the perfect gift to bring home, being a great host for our travelers or ensuring all our equipment and facilities are in top shape!
In the winter season, Scandic Destination Nordkapp includes Scandic Bryggen, a small intimate boutique hotel; and Nordkapphallen, the visitor center at the very top of Europe – the North Cape Plateau.
We are looking for Team Members in multiple departments and positions for the winter season.
Service Employee; Gift Shop
Shop workers for your Gift Shop at Nordkapphallen
Service Employee; Outdoor & Parking Host
Hosts for the Outdoor area at Nordkapp
Service Employee; Technical Services
Technicians and Staff Transport

Because Scandic Destination Nordkapp welcomes visitors and team members from all over the world, all our team members must speak and write English. Skills in any Scandinavian language are appreciated. Please note any additional language skills in your application.
Other requirements relevant to the positions are available upon request. If you have any special skills such as knowledge of OPERA Hotel systems, Micros POS, Certificate of Apprenticeship, references, Driver's license class B etc. please note this in your application.

All positions are seasonal with startup late autumn 2026 and lasts until March 2027. The positions will also require work on evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays based on posted schedule. Team members hired on winter seasonal positions are not eligible for 2027 summer season positions.
We provide housing in shared double/triple room. Hourly salary based on the collective agreement for Hotel and Restaurant (Riksavtalen - LO/NHO).
