Do you want to be part of a unique team that offers tourists in Norway an unforgettable experience? Hop On AS is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing On-call Ticket Sellers for our destination in Oslo.
Hva vi ser etter What we are looking for-
Outgoing, service-minded and comfortable talking to many different guests during the day.

Experience from customer service or sales, preferably tourism, hospitality or retail.

Confident using simple digital tools (POS/tablet) and handling payments.

Good English skills, both spoken and written.

German is a strong plus, other languages such as Norwegian or major tourist languages are also an advantage.

Flexible, reliable and able to work shifts during the season, including weekends and peak periods.
As a Ticket Seller you are often the first person our guests meet, and you play a key role in creating a warm and professional first impression. Your main tasks are active ticket sales, handling transactions and giving clear information about our tours, routes and combination products.
You work outdoors at our sales points and closely with destination Coordinators and other front-line staff.
Key responsibilities-
Approach and assist guests at sales points, explain ticket types, prices and tour options in a clear and friendly way.

Sell tickets via POS/tablet, handle card and cash payments and ensure transactions are registered correctly.

Answer questions about routes, departure times, stops and combination products (boat trips, museum tickets, etc.).

Keep the ticket area tidy, visible and stocked with brochures, price lists and other sales material.

Inform the Destination Coordinator about issues, customer feedback or incidents that may affect operations.

Support basic daily sales reporting according to given routines.
