Production Supervisor

Petrolink Support is looking for experienced Production Supervisors for offshore international FPSO activities.

As an Offshore Shift Supervisor, you will have operational leadership responsibility for your shift during your offshore period. You will ensure that planned operational tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable quality standards. The position requires you to work closely with operations and act as the link between the platform management and the operating personnel in the Control Room and out in the process plant.

Contract location: International

Rotation: 28/28

Tasks

Typical work tasks will be

• Lead, coordinate, and delegate daily work tasks on the shift.

• Conduct and follow-up risk assessments, process SJA (Safe Job Analysis),  Near-Miss Reports and Incident Reports.

• Maintain and optimize operational instructions, procedures, and guidelines, report deviations, and prepare status reports.

• Ensure necessary training, mentoring, and follow-up of personnel on the shift.

Qualifications

We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in control room operations.

• Technical competence certification.

• Essential Offshore Safety Training: BOSIET, HUET, FOET.

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.

• Self-organized, self-driven.

• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
