Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to support the promotion and sales of our luxury leather bag collection. The ideal candidate has a passion for high-end fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell LEÓN BIANCA products to prospective customers

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

• Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute to brand growth

• Represent the brand at events, pop-ups, and retail locations (if applicable)

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and brand story

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or fashion

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong sense of style and understanding of luxury branding

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in Norwegian is a plus
